Fund size is 6.6 million USD, and the expected life cycle is 5-7 years. 

What we look for when we invest in startups:

- Needs to solve a problem
- Certain traction is required
- Domain expertise
- Fully commited team
- Post MVP products, no idea stage
- Strong engineering background
- Project needs to be scalable within specific niche
- Global appetite is a must

Our main focus regions are Caucasus, Turkey, Eastern Europe, Central Asia.

Our VC invests in two tickets. At the first round our initial investment ticket size is up to $50,000, and second ticket can be up to $200,000. 

Of course, there are certain investors, mainly known as Angel Investors who are investing in the early stages and do not require the same financial traction as we do. We like to invest in startups that need capital to scale quickly, rather than spending it on building the product itself.
